Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending the Neiman Marcus Las Vegas Annual Beauty Bloggers Brunch at the Fashion Show Mall. First of all, what an amazing space on a beautiful November morning overlooking the strip with not a cloud in the sky.
We were first tempted by an amazing array of goodies including a cocktail of blood orange vodka and Champagne
Cronuts
Hash brown cupcakes
And chicken and waffle bites as well as several delicate finger sandwiches. The food was amazing and so gorgeously displayed by the chef. I highly recommend a meal there if you are shopping at the mall.
The team had set up two large tables displaying several of the gift items currently available for the holidays at Neiman Marcus including S’well bottles with Swarovski crystal lids and clutches from Bari Lynn.
Their theme this year is Crazy Good Cheer, and you can see that carried through a variety of the packaging including the Popcorn tin and the S’Mores Set. An added bonus, when you shop from this collection, 10% of the proceeds are donated to benefit youth arts education.
I’m obsessed with both the Cookie Cannisters and the high heel cookies, so I think I’ve found all my hostess gifts for the season.
And what better way to justify eating candy then to indulge in “Green Juice” Gummy Bears from Pressed Juicery.
My lucky tablemate, Ching from inandoutofvegas.com, was the winner of this amazing and huge gift bag.
A perfect gift this year would be something from Atelier Cologne gifted in a personalized leather sleeve for the silver flask. I’m currently using the Vanilla scent, which I picked up in France last year, but after the brunch, I’m finding myself very partial to the Santal Carmin. Atelier Cologne’s fragrances are uni-sex, so they make the perfect gift for anyone on your list.
An artist from Laura Mercier presented the Infusion de Rose Nourishing Collection to us. This oil - there are no words - I want to bathe in it. This is a limited edition set, so you might want to grab this one quickly.
A rep from Oribe presented by the Gold Lust Dry Shampoo and the Dry Texturing Spray. I mentioned in my empties post that I’m on the hunt for my next go-to dry shampoo, and Oribe has these packaged together for a holiday gift, so I may spoil myself.
I was so excited about the Patchology Poshpeel that I previewed it on Instagram here. This is a dream come true product for me right now as I’ve been suffering with dry heels for so so long.
Number One item on my Christmas list is the Nuface Infinite Glow set. For the same price the device regularly sells for, this set includes the device and four complementary products that enhance results. If you have never heard of the Nuface device, it’s a micro current unit that improves facial contour, skin tone and reduces wrinkles for the jawline, cheeks and forehead. I don’t know about you, but whatever I can do for my jawline, I’m all for it.
I included the Tom Ford Boys & Girls Collection on this post at The Bespoke Stylist, but I also had the chance to try some Giorgio Armani skincare at the event. I can’t remember ever using it before, but I now have the Skin Defense Primer on my must try list.
My last stop was the Jo Malone presentation, and I was not disappointed. In addition to the cutest, most colorful gift boxes this year, for a limited time they have Orange Bitters Cologne, which is the scent I left wearing. I don’t usually enjoy citrus scents, but this is so warm and woodsy, it made me feel like I was wearing Christmas.
Thank you again to Neiman Marcus Las Vegas for hosting the brunch and for providing sampling of so many wonderful brands. If you have any questions about items you may see in the background that I didn’t specifically mention, please let me know in the comments.
