Macarons are almost as beautiful as they are delicious.  They always have the most vibrant flavor in just two or three bites.  And they are always amazingly pretty.  We were going to learn how to make them last weekend, but with Lette recently opening in Pasadena, it was so much easier just to run over and buy a dozen.
